AWANA 

AWANA is our Wednesday night kids program that meets during the school year for 32 weeks from 6:30 until 8:15.  It is for children who are two years old through sixth grade.  While the adults are having Bible study or small group classes, we’re singing, having a Bible lesson, memorizing verses, and playing games. 

AWANA includes separate clubs for different ages.  The youngest group is Puggles, which is for toddlers.  Their evening starts in the nursery, however, they have a time where they are taken to their own room for a story and a craft.  Cubbies is for the two years prior to Kindergarten.  Sparks is for Kindergarten through second grade and and T&T (Truth & Training) is for third through sixth grade. Some of our fun events throughout the year include Fall Festival (with the HUGE help from the youth group), Pig-Out Night, Flashlight Night, Backwards Night, Beach/Friend Night, Silent Night (a favorite among the leaders), Crazy Hat Night, and of course our annual Grand Prix in the spring.
